A beautiful Gaushala has been established at Dhyanidham area which expresses love and affection of Shri Dhyanyogiji and Shri Anandi Ma towards cows. During famine of 1969, nearly 3000 cows had been sheltered in the Bandhwad ashram by Shri Dhyanyogiji. He pledged to save the cows irrespective of no such means of wealth. Once he said-“If needed he will sell his body in the market but won’t let cows die”. The gaushala has been constructed in such a way that it protects the health of cows as well as purifies the place. At present forty cows are glorifying the premises by their presence.
